Ryan Androsoff
Ryan is an international expert on digital government with a passion for public sector entrepreneurship. He has more than two decades of experience working with government and international organizations in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Since 2018, Ryan has partnered with the Institute on Governance to lead their digital leadership programs and assist with their digital transformation efforts.

Paul Craig
Paul is an experienced Technical Lead with extensive experience delivering user-centric services for the public sector. Paul has worked for the Government Digital Service in the UK, the Canadian Digital Service in Canada, and the Behavioural Health Administration in Colorado. Recently, he developed and launched TaxGPT – a free AI chatbot that helps Canadians with their taxes.

Jessica Knox
Jessica has been consulting on people development strategy and technology for large global organizations for over a decade. She leads a team of consultants as CEO of Metrix where she was early to lead the adoption of AI on her team and with clients, and has spoken internationally on how to leverage AI in workflows for greater quality and efficiency.

Jennifer Schellinck
Jen is a skilled data scientist and AI technology specialist with over 10 years of experience in the field of AI. She uses her knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science to help organizations achieve their greater potential. In addition to her work with AI4Gov, she is an adjunct researcher at the Institute of Cognitive Science at Carleton University.

Katrina Ingram
Katrina is the Founder and CEO of Ethically Aligned AI, a company focused on helping organizations to drive better outcomes in the design, development and deployment of AI. Katrina has over two decades of experience running both not for profit and corporate organizations in the technology and media sectors as well as experience in the public sector. In 2022, she was named to the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics list.

John Stroud
John is a strategic adviser when it comes to leveraging the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence strategy. Previously, he served as Vice President, Strategy at a federal crown corporation with a $600M budget and 8000+ workforce, with responsibilities for Governance, Human Resources, Communications, Legal, Performance Measurement and Risk.

Lily Clark
Lily is passionate about service improvement that leads to better outcomes for people. She has extensive experience working with government organizations in New Zealand and Canada to improve business processes using technology, helping to break down organizational silos and create more seamless citizen-centred services.
